Mcdonald's - Luton

Just ordered a meal each for me and my husband. When it arrived, only my husband’s meal had been packed. How can you be that dense that you can miss out a whole meal?

Just ordered food on drive through. They usually just give a quarter pounder when we order double quarter pounder, so this time parked in the bay and discovered a double cheeseburger was missing. I went back to the window and was given the missing item straight away. I also said no receipt given. The guy said it was in one of the bags. On checking at home,no receipt found. Will have to thoroughly check the items and receipt in future before leaving. Ridiculous.

I had a mcdelivery or should I say a mcNOTdelivery as yet again it was cold and yet again it was missing sauces wouldn't mind but 20 chicken nuggets with no sauce REALLY ITS A JOKE management need to have a word with the staff as they clearly can't read what has been printed out and to be told that they wouldn't refund as it's not down to them is a BIG JOKE.

This McDonald’s is terrible, on 2 separate occasions I have bought food via the drive through, they were all wrong with items missing. The staff just shove the food in the bag, it’s a mess when you try to eat the food. It’s close to my house but I won’t go there again

I brought dinner tonight got a double Big Mac with bacon to only receive 1 and a half patty’s on it so went to complain had to walk 30 mins out of my way to do this only for him to say we don’t do refunds when you order online I said fine so why didn’t you answer the phone I rang 10 times if you would of answers the first time I wouldn’t of had to walk down here, he said well give you the burger back plus another burger I said no I don’t want the burger I want a refund, if your gonna give me an extra burger you can give me the refund then just makes sense instead of you wasting money on it, he then got aggressive with me so I snapped back at him and had to walk of, terrible customer service won’t be coming back here again
