Stephens Winery - Lumberton

This lovely little vineyard has a fantastic variety of fruit wines. Sharon was friendly and well-informed!

All the dishes were excellent. The prices for bottles of wine are reasonable. The server conducted a tasting for us, which made us feel welcome right away. The staff was very friendly and made us very happy. It did take some time to order due to the tasting, but they specialize in sweet fruit wines.

I tried to visit this restaurant on Saturday 1/30/21, but it was closed and did not appear to be in operation. I am giving it 1 star because the hours listed on the website were inaccurate.

I called Stephen’s Vineyard on my way to visit family. The owner was super sweet helpful. He made a care package for me arranged a socially distant pickup. Let me tell you this Pear wine is absolutely delicious! Sweet smooth with a wonderful flavor.

Riding through and thought we’d check it out. The website said to be sure to check FB for hours can change . Checked FB and it states open so we drove almost40 minutes to see the closed sign . FB says open so I call with no answer. I understand things happen however when you’re in a remote area and your future customers depend on your social media to be accurate... then someone should be sure it’s accurate. Very displeased
