I visited the restaurant on a Friday this month, sometime between 4 and 5 PM. It took about an hour just to find out my order wasn’t ready. I was one of the first customers there, but there was a mix-up with my order. I had requested one small and one medium, specifically asking for them to be separate, but they were combined instead. When they finally corrected it, they ended up giving me two smalls. Overall, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had trying out a new place.

The best snow cones I've ever had! We used to think the best snow cones were in Hawaii, but these are truly the best snow cones on the mainland of all time.

I went to this restaurant's drive-thru, but they denied me service without any explanation, claiming they don't allow large vehicles. When I tried to speak with the employee at the door, they would not engage and started using curse words, which I recorded on video. The employee also refused to identify himself and wouldn't give me a contact number for the owners. I highly recommend avoiding this establishment.

Absolutely delicious! We adore all their creative combinations featuring ice cream, fresh fruit, and delightful toppings. The Sour Sunrise and Unicorn flavors, along with the **** Tiger, are fantastic! The Almond Joy is incredible as well!
