Bidra med feedbackI went in with the children and the man and was stared at the front by the lady who takes the orders. I said hello, and she didn't say anything and started us. literally rolled your eyes? Your attitude??? We went back, I won't eat where with Stank settings. Cicis, at this point you've all hired someone. Update 10-1-22 The children asked me to take them to Hijinx. I didn't want to go, but we were so glad!! We were received coming in . The food was hot. Clean tables. Staff were nice. 5???????
8 20 22 Saturday When we arrived about 11:45 we were not greeted by staff no one spoke. The cashier did not make eye contact and barely replied when spoken to. The tables that could seat 6 people were not clean none of them. After waiting a few minutes for staff to clean one we gave up and cleaned it ourselves with napkins hand sanitizer. The selection of pizza was very poor, there were 3 partial cheese pizzas, a buffalo chicken pizza that had about 1/4 cup of meat scattered over the entire pizza, something that looked to be BBQ sauce and cheese pizza (there was no meat on it). There was one pizza that had meat and jalapeños that was fresh out of the oven but the kids would not eat it. When we asked staff if there was a pepperoni pizza coming out soon the answer was yea, not yes ma?am or yes sir. Just ?yea?. The lettuce on the salad bar was turning brown and looked dried out. Staff needs education on customer service. Needless to say we will not be back.
We got there about 6 pm. Roughly about 20 people were already eating. I should have taken a picture of the buffet. It was filled with so many varieties! We felt overwhelmed on what to choose. Everything was delicious. Hot pizza, perfect sodas, super cold AC, very clean restaurant, and pleasant staff.
Smells clean as you walk in, buffet was a bit underwhelming. Dry pizza, and such. They did bring out fresh pizza after our first plate. What really killed the experience was the blaring Christian music. I keep to myself with religion, but Its like nails on a chalk board to me.
So I?m going to take some credit for this because I saw the low reviews and ignored it. ?How can you ruin pizza?? I thought. Low and behold, they did. Sadly I decided to get a flatbread pizza. It didn?t get made until my husband arrived to pick it up because they weren?t sure what toppings I wanted. Then they still burnt it! I could barely even eat it but I was so hungry I just ate around the burnt part. I hadn?t been to CiCi?s in forever and thanks to this visit I probably won?t be back; atleast to this specific one. Luckily I was just visiting Lufkin. Either way, no Bueno CiCis!
