Cicis Pizza - Lufkin

The only positive aspect of my experience was that the pizza available was quite good and fairly fresh. Unfortunately, the service was lackluster and almost disheartening. The desserts were old, stale, cold, and dry. Additionally, the floors, tables, and the entire restaurant were dirty. We were very disappointed, especially since our last three visits had been perfect!

The pizza was DELICIOUS! The service was wonderful. Me and my friends had a great time, the manager and staff was PERFECT. I loved it!

The pizza selection was quite lacking. There were three half-eaten cheese pizzas, a buffalo chicken pizza with only a small amount of meat sparsely spread over it, and what appeared to be a BBQ sauce and cheese pizza—completely devoid of meat. There was one fresh pizza with meat and jalapeños available, but unfortunately, the kids refused to eat it. When we inquired about the availability of pepperoni pizza, the staff response was simply "yea"—no "yes, ma'am" or "yes, sir," just "yea." The lettuce at the salad bar was wilting and looked quite dried out. It seemed clear that the staff could benefit from some customer service training. Given this experience, we will not be returning.

Walked in with the kids and husband , was getting stared at by the lady at the front that takes the orders. I said hello , and she didn't say nothing and was still just starting at us . Literally rolled her eyes ???? Her attitude was ????????????? Wewalked back out , I will not be eating no where with stank attitudes. Cicis , at this point y'all hiring anybody . Update10-1-22 Kids begged me to take them after Hijinx. I wasn't going to go but so glad we did !! We were greeted coming in . Foodwas hot good! Clean tables. Employees were nice. 5?????

I'm going to take some responsibility for this because I saw the negative reviews and thought, "How can you mess up pizza?" Unfortunately, they proved me wrong. I ended up ordering a flatbread pizza, but it wasn't made until my husband arrived to pick it up since they were unsure about my toppings. Even then, they still burnt it! I could barely eat it, but I was so hungry that I just picked around the charred parts. I hadn't been to CiCi's in ages, and after this experience, I probably won't be returning—at least not to this location. Thankfully, I was just visiting Lufkin. Overall, it was not a good experience, CiCi's!
