Taco Bell - Ludlow

Food was good but having to order at the kiosk was a big deterrent for a return visit. It was complicated and time consuming.

Drive thru is always a bit slow, but otherwise it always goes

Food was cooked very good, but someone failed to prepare our order the way we asked.This was my first visit, so I don't have an average rating, just this one.We ask specifically for a grilled burrito, it was not grilled. We also specifically asked for various sauces and none were provided so we had to go back for them.So this is just my observation for this one time, the person taking the order failed to follow basic instructions.

Maybe I was just hungry but it felt like someone put their whole heart and soul into that potato taco and quesadilla. Potato soft taco is my favorite item on the menu and they do it best here! Staff was fast and very friendly as well. 10/10Vegetarian options: Cheesy fiesta potatoes are 10/10

Usually have a good experience here, food service is good, however last couple times I've gone I'm told combos which are actively being advertised on the ordering screen are no longer available..I guess they don't update the menu when something is no longer being offered...
