The Cheesecake Factory - Lubbock

Fantastic dining experience! I highly recommend starting with the egg roll sampler for your appetizers. For the main course, the chicken Madeira is a must-try. The parmesan chicken sandwich is also delicious. Don’t miss out on dessert—definitely go for the warm apple crisp with ice cream, and you can’t go wrong with any cheesecake you choose!

I ordered the chilaquiles for brunch, and they were quite different from what I'm used to, but the staff kindly offered me an alternative. However, their dinner menu is fantastic! The service was excellent!

I had a very disappointing experience with my salad at Cheesecake today. I usually love the almond-crusted salmon salad and have enjoyed it many times before, but tonight was a different story. The salmon was almost nonexistent. I understand that supplies can be limited, but for a $20 salad, I expected more salmon. To make matters worse, there were no almonds in it; it was just a mess. When I mentioned it to the waitress, she only brought me some crushed almonds, but that didn’t resolve the issue. We had to just accept it as it was.

I visited on a Monday for lunch and had a fantastic experience. The food and cheesecake were incredible, just like always, but the highlight was the service. Lisa D was exceptionally friendly! She greeted us with a smile, engaged in great conversation, and offered excellent recommendations. I'm looking forward to coming back! 5/5

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! Although I don't live in Lubbock and was just visiting, I was really impressed. The waitstaff were extremely friendly, the menu had a fantastic selection, and you absolutely have to try the cheesecakes. They offer a variety of flavors and some really creative options. That's why I'm giving this place a 5-star rating!
