Kfc - Lubbock

What happened to this place? It used to be delicious. The food sucks, the staff hates life, the management should be punished for the way this place is now punished. Not even the crust is correct, it is like some homemade blobs of flour and undercooked.

We'll never visit this place again. We came to the city for dinner after arrival. All the outer lights were outside; we didn't know if they were open. They were from Mac n cheese and corn. My son ordered a famous bowl. When we came to the hotel, we realized that they filled the bowl with popcorn chicken... and nothing else! The restaurant dining room was dirty; her garbage collection was open with garbage on the floor. This place needs a lot of help.

I went through the drive thru. Service was fast and accurate. Food was hot and freshVegetarian options: This not for a vegetarian.

After today I'll never go back. DONT tell me 2 1/2 minutes n you will bring it out and then I sit 15 minutes and end up coming to get it myself! If you don't have the food cooked say so so I can go elsewhere..

It suck wait 40 minutes in drive through for my food everyone behind me was getting their food but me. I pulled up around to the front my food was sitting behind the counter not being touched. While the 3 girls behind the counter wasn't doing anything. I have never in my life seen poor service here my food was cold. I will spread the word of how this place treated me and how rude they were. The big boss needs address this I was not happy and neither was my family.9/21/22 I will never come back again and I will let my friends and family know not come. Ty not a happy customer
