Arby's - Lubbock

We could not eat in but very good food. Employees were sweethearts. N y'all's sweet tea better than McDonald's because they never put in sugar. So I really enjoyed. Hubby got the spicy TikTok meal n smashed it lol!

The food and service were great. We were just a bit confused as to why someone was sleeping in the booth across from us. Maybe they could consider setting up cots in the back with the overstock to keep them out of sight.

The rib sandwich was delicious, with the perfect balance of barbecue sauce that wasn't too sweet or spicy. The curly fries were hot, fresh, and flavorful. The only reason I didn't give it a perfect 5 stars was because they were out of Dr. Pepper, but the overall experience was still fantastic. The service was amazing, with friendly and engaging employees who were not pushy. The restaurant was clean and my wife loved the new remodel. I will definitely be back and may upgrade my rating next time if they have Dr. Pepper available.

The drive-thru is currently the only option open, so we had to go through twice because our order was incorrect. We ordered a combo meal with medium fries and four jalapeño sliders, which should have been a simple order. However, we noticed that our second order of fries was missing and there were no jalapeños on the sliders. We had to go through again, and the manager added jalapeños on top of the sliders and returned the order. It was concerning to see the manager bring back the same bag, as it goes against health code regulations. It would have been better to remake the order properly.

The gentleman that took my order was kind and informative about what his preferences were. The young lady that provided me with the food that I ordered was professional. My family and I enjoyed the Greek gyros and the fish. Thank you for the service andprofessionalism.
