Wasabi Asian Cuisine - Lower Sackville

A literal hour ago (here years ago) and had the worst service I ever had. We first came there (and we were the ONLY there) and had to wait about 20 minutes until a server comes and... even recognizes us. 3 of us have everything you can eat Sushi and 2 children have only rice. We ordered a first round of sushi to start and it took 30 minutes to get out. After that we wanted to submit another order (like its ALL DU CAN EAT) and had to ask 3 times for another menu to put an order. Not ONCE they have reviewed us, refilled our drinks or more orders for everything you can eat. Our frustrations rose when we finally ordered the 2nd round, but had to wait 30 minutes and nothing came. At some point I asked to talk to the manager, I was told that there was no other lady server talking to me. She was immediately defensive and told us that they are not their fault that they are busy with takeover orders and only 1 server and another training. She further said that she did not appreciate that my child was spilling his water (she literally spilled us) and that from all there (many have come since we are there, it was Saturday night), we were the only ones who complained. She never even took what I tried to consider and just said they weren't her fault, they're busy and we should just wait like everyone else. I've never argued with a server before... it was terrible. We waited another 20 minutes and the food STILL hadn't come. We decided to just stand up and go. We went forward and waited for our bill. I paid $70 for my son and I... we were still hungry and upset. My friend paid $50 and was hungry and upset. I'll never be back. Please send your employees to the training how you can deal with conflicts with customers. And maybe hire more employees and get a manager.

Long waiting time for a table despite the restaurant half empty when I finally got into place, I couldn't get waitress attention for the life of me, I felt ignored and how nobody wanted me to be there. I went out. No one noticed... I went a week later in June and Sushi was on average at best.

Great sushi and quick and friendly service. we gave on happy sushi that we found were simply not able to provide professional or efficient services. wasabi asian cuisine was fantastic. our waitress was on top of the dingen and kept our table of 8...fully delicious sushi! we're coming back!

Not the best sushi I every had, but very good none the less and fresh. Great place to take out some sushi when you get a craving.

We were excited to come back to Wasabi this summer when we visited the area. Everything we ordered for the lunch buffet was fresh and delicious. It was worth the price. We will definitely come back again.
