Tim Hortons - Lower Sackville

There were 3 flyes on a donut and the bathroom locks are broken in the women and since about one year there are no accessible parking spaces and the owners don’t come to care because they don’t do any thing to keep flying...off product or washroom doors fix and not get me wrong I don’t think that a coffee shop should sell burger

On multiple occasions, I have visited this restaurant in Moncton, New Brunswick and ordered grilled chicken only to receive crispy chicken instead. This mistake has caused me to waste my time waiting for the correct order to be fixed. Each time, the staff either accuses me of ordering crispy chicken when I clearly asked for grilled, or they fail to input my order correctly. This has resulted in consistent errors in my food orders. As for the donuts and ice caps, they are the only items I still enjoy at this restaurant. I no longer order meals or other items as they always seem to get it wrong. The staff also once made a mistake with my donut order, giving me one less donut than I requested. It seems like the staff at this location are incompetent and incapable of getting a simple order right. Unfortunately, my experience with this restaurant has been consistently disappointing regardless of which location I visit in the region.

Tonight's dinner at the Trio was a dream come true for our family while traveling. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and the seasonal dishes were simply superb.

I was disappointed to find that they do not have designated parking spots for individuals with disabilities, which is important to me. However, the staff was pleasant and the coffee they serve is excellent. They definitely know how to make a good cup of coffee.

We are huge Tim Hortons customers. We are there at least three times a day spending on average $25 a day, however there is nothing more frustrating than never going there twice in a row and them getting your coffee correct. I mean I realize...these workers don't make much money and it is fast paced environment but if I pay for a service I would like my coffee correct.
