Papa Johns Pizza - Lower Burrell

Best Pizza in Town, The staff was so polite and helpful. The front desk girl was best. She was excellent and Quick. Personally, I really enjoyed my wings with pepperoni pizza. I highly recommend this Papa Johns for a good Pizza and wings.

My account was hacked and had an order placed for a Jerry Squal I called the location right away and asked to speak with a manager so they can shut it down the order and handle it, instead the employee said they would get the manager, put me on hold, and kept me on hold for such a long time that the order was processed, baked, boxed and shipped out. By that time I hung up and called corporate and told them about it. Corporate handled my refund, but its very disappointing to know that they would intentionally put me on hold thinking I was a disgruntled customer!

Was in town for a concert last night, we ordered a pizza and breadsticks here to grab after the show and take back to our room. Pizza and breadsticks were both cooked perfectly, even had the light sauce that was requested. Personally the best Papa John's experience that I've had before and would stop here again if ever back in the area.

Always consistently good, whether by phone or website.
