Burger King - Lower Alloway Creek

I asked for 2 sauces. I only seen 1 so I asked for the other. The fat jerk at the window (since nobody wears name tags anymore) says he gave it to me. I hand him my bag and he rifles through all my fries and burgers til he finds the sauce…. He the cashier no gloves no washing between handling money… I offered to buy the .25 sauce I didn’t need such an episode but now I just won’t be coming back to your location. He was very rude and all for a small amount of money that we have gladly paid for.

Doesn’t open at 6am, it’s 6:18 and not a soul in sight.

Corporate needs to give this place a good clean up. They get orders wrong constantly and when you call to talk to them about the order, they either sound like you just insulted their dead grandmother or like they have no soul and zero emotion. They forgot half of my 7 yo's kids meal and made the bacon cheeseburger wrong with way too much mayo. Busy or not, poor food quality is not okay.

My bacon burgers keep coming with no bacon. 5 times recently. Its getting hard to believe that is simply honest mistakes.

I walked into order a value meal, I was not helped. They are too busy with drive thru so when I asked for the restroom code, which really, I don’t think I should have to. I got screamed at by the manager. Unbelievable poor service. This manager needs to be replaced.
