Bidra med feedbackIve never had a bad dish from this place. The food is always absolutely AMAZING, portion sizes are huge, and its always fresh. This is hands down our favorite local place.
I got the signature dish w saffron rice and garlic naan. The food was absolutely delicious and ill definitely be ordering here again!
We took our kids here for dinner on a Friday night. There was five of us, but we were seated promptly. It wasn’t busy at all. The décor was interesting. I kind of wanted to get pictures, but didn’t. They have man cultural items on display, and there is some art on the wall. However some of it seems as if someone took spray paint and attempted to cover the design. It almost looks like it was vandalized. I’m not sure if this is a cultural thing I’m ignorant about or a failed attempt at modern art. The menu is rather busy. There are many dishes to choose from, as well as appetizers. I was fortunate that my girlfriend knew something of Indian food and was able to answer some of my questions and make suggestions. I ended up ordering the Lamb Vindaloo, and we had Garlic Naan and Paneer Pakoras as an appetizer. The pakoras were really good. We all enjoyed them. The Garlic Naan was also fantastic. Our meal came with this thin crunchy bread, that I can’t remember the name. There was a selection of sauces that went with it… it was good, but I’m 90% sure I did not eat it correctly. The same goes for the rest of my meal. Unfortunately my uncouth arse may love exploring cultural foods, but that doesn’t mean that I know the proper way to eat it (I’m looking at you Pho! . Either way, the food was fantastic. When we ordered the waitress asked us how spicy we wanted it. Everything from “no Spice at all” to “You have to really enjoy spicy food in order to eat this”. The service on the other hand was a little disappointing. The food came out slow. This could be due to cooking style, so I’m going to cut them some slack on that. There was long waits between visits from the waitress to check on drinks or if anything was needed. Even at the end of the meal we had to wait for boxes and for the waitress to bring our check. I could understand it if the place was busy, but it wasn’t. Even for being a Friday night, we didn’t get there until almost 8 and it wasn’t busy at all. Overall, the food is delicious, services is slow… but worth giving a try.
Eat delicious as always and the owners are so inviting to see them, especially when they are a more familiar, returning customer. I have done, and most people were responsible, wearing masks and wearing them right. a customer waited for a nasenbelichter (what part of the atemwege we don't understand? and one was just loud and defensive. A pity that they store owners and other customers in a difficult position.
The woman and I just came from there. great eating, beautiful spicy level. had the tomato and chicken soup..... good. I could make my whole meal out of this suppe. I had the tandoor grill very good. wife had the lamb tikka masala lamb and loved it the lamb was so tender. we're coming back. by the way, there was no buffet with covid.
