They weren't open at 11:30 due to lack of staff. The place could be cleaner. The customer service lacking. They apparently remove negative

Heard this was a BOB (black owned business) and I was eager to check out this spot. The owners son was taking orders and cashing out customers. I ordered a Build Your Own Salad with about 5 additional toppings and extra dressing. I specifically asked for romaine lettuce only as my leafy green fried chicken as my protein option. But instead I got iceberg lettuce what seemed to be store bought Tyson chicken tenders which were hard, dry, and over cooked (I was advised the tenders were hand breaded). In addition to the wrong lettuce and poorly cooked chicken, 2/5 of the additional toppings I paid for were missing from my salad. I didn't eat the salad I just tossed it in the trash. Not willing to patronize this business ever again.

If the owner should see this. I have never ate at your restaurant. Based on your reviews here I would like to try your restaurant when you reopen. If you find a new location downtown please list it on google maps.

I've had the salad before, and it was great. I tell all of my coworkers about it. This time I ordered and toppings were left off. Called, and the person was arguing with me about it. Better customer service wouldn't hurt. Saying I apologize then trying to fix it would be great for a $15 salad that I ordered online. I guess since I didn't pick through the salad before I left to let them know it was wrong....it was my fault. She said just like McDonald's you have to check your food b4 you leave.
