I’ve had my order incorrect the last five times I've visited. Customers shouldn’t have to double-check their orders or come back inside or drive around again. The staff can be quite curt with customers. I’m really tired of paying for food I didn't order.
I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru, and it would have taken another 30 if I had placed an order. Waiting 10 minutes per car is absolutely ridiculous.
Yall need to open your lobby for truckers to come eat. Yall make sure the doors are open when there's a manager in the store but don't care to open when there isn't ?
I don’t know what happened in the last year, but I’m having to change my rating after the fifth bad experience I’ve had this year, with all 5 times I’ve gotten it! Today I was in line for breakfast for over an hour, half the food was forgotten, had to come back and the food was cold and they still gave me the wrong biscuit. This is what the gravy looked like, it was so thick, the texture was like mashed potatoes, it was disgusting. Definitely not worth the wait.
