Wendy's - Louisville

Very slow drive thru. the cars are wrapped around the building. been here 15 minutes and saw 1 car left with 10 cars still behind loudspeakers. don't come here if you don't want to wait

They need new management. It seems they can only handle one order at a time in the drive-through. It takes forever. Definitely double check your bag before driving off. The restaurant is dated. The parking lot is gross and trash covered. They really need to knock that restaurant down and rebuild it.

Stoped yesterday to get what I got today but yesterday no response for the drive thru lane I was in so went elsewhere. Stoped today for my dogs cheese burger and a small vanilla shake for our dog who is dying to sneak her meds in wasn’t able to give her the shake because the obstinate young lady outing the orders together prepared a chocolate shake after she was told repeatedly by the nice young lady and me and others it was supposed to be vanilla I didn’t look at it when given to me because of the long wait because of the preparers obstinance I assumed it was vanilla. Since she was told so many times glad she does not work for me she would not be happy having the attitude she had toward her coworkers I’m guessing they left the window open so I could witness the hateful displays toward her fellow employees she may be some type of manager and they were hoping someone would post or call in. Probably go to another McDonald’s instead of this one for awhile

Went through drive-thru around 4:45pm. The bread on my double stack was soggy, wasn't toasted at all. It actually tasted like the burger was nuked/microwaved. Very Nasty. Asked for a spoon for my strawberry frosty, they were out so I asked for a fork. At least my strawberry lemonade was good.

They're still a little slow at night but they're getting a lot better The food is a lot freshure
