Little Caesars Pizza - Louisville

I ordered online and was told my order would be ready at a specific time. When I arrived, I waited for my order to appear in the system, but other customers who had just walked in were getting their orders and leaving while I remained empty-handed. After waiting for a while, I had to inquire about my online order, and it turned out that it was indeed ready; they just hadn't bothered to update the portal. I ended up waiting around for about 20 minutes, even though I had placed my order at least 15-20 minutes before arriving. So, in total, I waited nearly an hour after placing my order before finally receiving it. Frustrating!

Hot-N-Ready? Not anymore! I've visited this place several times, and without fail, there's always a wait of at least 5 to 15 minutes because they never have pizza available. It seems like the owner is too stingy to prepare any ahead of time.

I just have a question. When you order ahead, they have these cool ovens where you can just enter the code to get your pizza. The ovens even remind you to grab your cheese sauce, but how exactly do you get it? Are they expecting you to wait in line for 5 minutes just for the sauce? I really don’t get the thought process behind this. If you could streamline this process so that I could simply come in, enter my code, and leave with everything I need, I would give you 5 stars. I stopped going to Central because they lost my pizza, and the cashier didn’t know how to issue a refund. This place can be so frustrating, but I really like your food.

I always order through the app because this place is usually crowded, and waiting in line can take a long time.

The food is consistently served hot and fresh, but be prepared for a wait of around 30 minutes if you want to place an order. Unfortunately, the management could use some improvement.
