Kfc - Louisville

This place is the sorriest place I have ever seen. They tell you they are out of this and that because they are to lazy to make it. Only KFC that is out of original chicken atleast 3 days a week. It should be shut down permanently

I asked for 2 wings dinners! I couldn?t get what I wanted they said one crispy and one original . I asked was the dinners fresh , guy got smart about him only taking orders and the money . I said ok well I?ll check food before giving you my money . Mssmart nasty manager came to window to tell me she was NOT going to open a 6 bag of wings just to cook 4!! WHAT??? I looked ather like she lost her mind . Talking to me as a customer and telling me you aren?t going to cook what I want !!???????????????????????????? Before I could even comment she SLAMED the window in my face and walked off!! Unacceptable ! Notthe one reporting to corporate and on all social media platforms . I?m not going to spend my hard earned money and get poorcustomer service and can?t get what I want Shame on you ms manager !!!

The rude staff I've ever experienced. that was delicious. the service was terrible. I ordered an 8-part meal extra crispy. there were no signs that the lobby was closed. I had to drive to the car. that's good, but the labour force was short. had a posture and should probably work in the service industry

Lol this is like the half of the size of the usual kfc famous bowl and all three of those I have ordered are so. they shorten me to all so that they no longer have to smh.
