Bob. as a Texas transplant, I did not meet the joy of a bob Evans restaurant until 2014 when my wife introduced me to the restaurant. since we had our first date, we are nice of bob’s, so I am absolutely biased for this chain. (See, you can have your first term in upscale restaurants or other places that cost more, but we ended up at a bob’s because it was convenient and she already knew that the atmosphere in was good for talks with the other people at your table or stand. So, if they are interested in affordable eating, good entertainment and a favorable situation, bob is a solid choice. busy? oh, yes, but not as much as the wild eggs or first watch in the general environment of this bobs. I was twice in the last weeks and both of them were the breakfast at the weekend tomorrow. (for the recent trip with my wife and in the sat we drove past the first watch, saw the Marmelade parking lot and drove instead to bobs. excellent choice. even with a line, waiting times were not bad. bob is waiting for the old school path: give the host her name and wait her. there are no unusual summers. we need to see the beautiful, clean restaurant in front while we waited. and talked to each other what is a plus, depending on who is with you. (definitely a plus in my case. the server knew the food, friendly, and we were never drunk. at both visits they were excellent for the restaurant. this is a diner, where you can get good service, good food and a friendly atmosphere, which is why it is worth retrieving. as far as eating is concerned, it is not worth writing a whole review about it. so I mean that the meat is good, the eggs are really good to order, and the other foods are also right. but this is a diner, not a raised meal, so you won't find any lust on French toast or haybrown. you get French toast and hath browns and they're good. the journey worth it. much better than waffle house on all counts well. seasonal fruit plays a roll in the menu, so they can have the possibility of strawberry pancakes or their delicious cherry bread. (It's really good a great addition to that I highly recommend. for fellow humans southern: yes, the biscuits and the heavy are right. light, fluffy biscuits and creamy heavy force that comes in generous portions. (they know that they immerse everything in the engraving, it is so good. the only other thing to mention about eating is their protein dish. my father in law and I both ordered that, expecting meat and kartomas and cheese and a few other things. we found both surprises like sweet potato, and some spinach that were not bad. they were just not expected. overall it is a good bowl, with a lot of meaty delicious to fill it. (so, come. I am a fan. unless they are not in grilled tweepers, in this case this can be a little much for them. So, bob will get my vote if we are in the mood for breakfast or brunch and just want to eat. in running the years, at various locations, bob’s has always offered good intake of these foods and most of the time, the service is good, the places are clean, and the total experience is solid.
Hands down the best food and excellent customer service, we had in a long time. Kristen (Server) took care of us. Family of 5, (3 small children) in a busy restaurant that was probably underused on Easter Sunday, but they had the A team. No skeleton crew here. Kristen (hope I'm spelling name right,) seems like the mother who really gets how hard it is to take the whole family for dinner and place on this level. The food portions were very generous. I don't want to say we went with a box. I ordered me to think that the portion sizes were similar to the cracker barrel, but they were probably twice that. I thought after the last two years, customer service, work ethics, hospitality were all dead, but nope still alive and thriving at Bob Evans! The host (an older gentleman, didn't catch his name) put the worrying tone and the atmosphere for the whole experience we arrived. I know it seems stupid to leave such a review for Bob Evans, but it really felt like the good ole days pre-covid. Not sure if they will see this, but thank you sincerely for our Easter dinner.
I went to this restaurant for breakfast with my partner. The food was decent, but nothing exceptional. The prices were reasonable for a casual dining experience. However, I believe there are better dining options in the area, such as Cracker Barrel and IHOP.
The food was hot and fresh and very tasty. The waitress was attentive and asked us every few minutes if we needed anything.
