Arby's - Louisville

Eating was pretty good, but one of the girls that it was really rude. I didn't catch her name since she had no name tag. she seemed uniform and had pink hairs.

I went in, ordered a sandwich and small pommes. I specifically said sandwich. the girl on the theke asked me what great meal I wanted. I said I ordered this sandwich. she said no update I filled out the form on the link below. arby’s support guest (atlanta, ga) sent me a letter that apologised for the service I met (letter is dated 6/7/22, postmark 6/20/22, received 6/24/22). they shared my feedback with the guide of the restaurant. they sent me a 'make it right' card, valid for a free meal of any sandwich, small frits little drinks.

Always kind, order correct, food hot, keep the $1 happy hours prices. This helps our family afford to eat out. Thank you!

I went through the drive through. The young lady taking orders was very precise and pleasant through the mic. When I got to the window to pay they was professional and respectful. I got my food fast and it was hot. Not to many fast food restaurant can pull that off in the same tune. Keep up the good work Arby's Team

I got rid of loaded curly fries and potato cakes the only two sides that I actually ate I went there the other day and they didn't have enough people to even open the restaurant and work
