The Empire Lounge And - Louisville

I can see why this restaurant has been for decades. If you have not been or go on.... I had the Calamari salad and a French press. Both were excellent. Service was great and we only sat for two hours and were not rushed. It was like eating. I can't wait to go back.

Great service! Prices are reasonable and food has been significantly improved compared to previous experiences!

This was a combined holiday dinner (lived) and business meeting with a colleague. We had a reservation, but obviously no one needed because on Friday at 12 noon very few tables were filled. But that meant that we didn't feel bad to take the table for a few hours. The food was really good and the menu was very diverse. My Caesar salad with the addition of grilled salmon was fantastic. Many places seem to treat the additional protein as more of an afterthought, but Empire placed a perfectly seasoned and grilled part on the perfectly dressed green. My colleague enjoyed her French onion soup. We have tried to find a comfortable meeting place between Denver and Loveland, where we all live and will definitely add Empire to the list of very good options.

We showed up for our reservation and the restaurant was closed. No activity whatsoever. No one called to tell us they were going to be closed and could not fulfill the reservation. It was quite the inconvenience. Won’t return.

Food was great. Service was excellent. Loved that the music was in the background and our server never rushed us, she let us sit, talk, enjoy the food and each other's company. Definitely be back.
