Ihop - Louisiana

Our waitress was polite and prompt. But it doesn't appear that the prices have really escalated for the food you get. There was 9 of us. so of course half of us got our food kind of cool and other half got their food kind of warm.

Food is typically great waitresses are typically overwhelmed… As they were this morning the hostess on the other hand was engaging and had the appropriate people skills needed for the job as I watched her de-escalate and care for both mine and the previous customer in lines issues attitudes… Hard quality to find for employment these days

I’ve never left a review for anything. so I’m really unable to articulate what I need to convey. all I know is that the towards the end of my meal, the texture of the chicken changed. I spit out what was in my mouth. And took a look at the chicken to see what you’re able to see. Devin needs to be suspended, not fired.

The food was great, the service was fast and I think we had the best waitress ever!! Awesome place to get breakfast

Food was hot but a bit dried out. They're terribly short staffed but were making it work. The layout is what we didn't care for. The booths have no back or side. It feels like you're at the same table with strangers.
