Bidra med feedbackThis restaurant used to be a good place, but ever since Chef Jeff took command, things have gone downhill. The new chef doesn't even know how to fry an egg and spends more time watching YouTube videos than actually cooking. The staff consists of lazy cooks over the age of 65 who refuse to retire. If I were the owner, I would write to the union and ask them to send these old staff members home and help me hire younger, more enthusiastic people. I would also get rid of the lazy sous chef, Rafael, and replace him with a new, fresh chef like Jeff should have been.
This is my favorite place for American cuisine. The staff is always attentive, even when the restaurant is busy. The service here is warm and welcoming. Be prepared to eat a lot as the portions are very generous. It reminds me of a place I once loved in Los Angeles.

I tried out this restaurant tonight because my wife was craving a spicy chicken sandwich. We ordered two slider meals with a hot spice level, as well as a tender meal for the kids with no spice. The sliders were tasty and juicy, but I felt that the hot spice level could have been spicier. The fries were also good. My only complaint is that even though I asked for the kids' tender meal to have no spice, it still came covered in spice. Unfortunately, the kids didn't eat it and it went to waste. The spice wasn't very spicy at all, so I would have preferred a plain tender with no seasoning. Despite this issue, I will return to this restaurant because now I don't have to drive all the way to Dave's when I'm craving spicy chicken.
American food and the scene here is very good. I love this place always quality food service. Service is consistently above par. This place has an awesome feel to it. Feeling here is similar to a cafe in San Jose I liked.
