Tender Greens - STUDIO CITY

The staff at this restaurant are a mix of the best and worst of humanity. The best are exceptional, while the worst are apathetic and treat customers poorly. The red-haired girl at the front was rude and unprofessional. I don't understand how this place has any customers, as my experience was terrible. The good employees are great, but the bad ones are unpleasant and miserable. I will never return to this restaurant. Poor customer service, small portions, and an unattractive atmosphere. Also, their health rating is concerning. I would not recommend eating here.

Ordered lunch today and had a bug crawling in my salad. I found this creeping creep a few bites. Let me just say I'll never eat here again. I can't even blur the idea of eating a salad from anywhere.

Bad quality. I ordered Pacific Bowl Katsu Chicken from UberEats. I ordered it earlier and I really like it. Today I ordered online again and the chicken was burned as completely; the color was dark brown almost black. They would have made a new one instead of treating the burned to customers. I'm really disappointed.

Eating is fresh and tasty at the time they said it will b ready in 10 minutes, but if I there is not ready, they take no money, but tips in cash lol still there is bread is so hard with the plates they serve it is like rock hard and so are the croutons .. I'm afraid I'm not gonna break a tooth. I hope they make fresh bread that I gave up eating.

My family and I recently had a very disappointing food delivery experience. It took over 1.5 hours to receive our food, and when we opened the bag, an entire entree was missing. This has never happened to me before with a delivery order. We tried calling the number provided on the restaurant's website, but we were unable to reach anyone all night. I attempted to call from 7:45pm until they closed at 9pm, and even tried again the next morning with no success. I ended up giving my entree to our guest, who was missing theirs, and had to quickly find something else to eat for myself. This experience has left us extremely disappointed in the restaurant. It's unfortunate because we had enjoyed their food in the past. I'm not sure if we will dine here again, but I do know that we will not be ordering delivery from them ever again.
