Bidra med feedbackHere's the recommendation of my friend who loves Grandmakase. We were a party of 5 and reservations in advance, but it wasn't busy at 6:00 when it opened. You accept walks with customers. They asked for allergies at the beginning. The Grandmakase was wonderful. So fresh and delicious. The rice, the fish, the wasabi, everything or he was great. Also favorable for Omakase containing an a5 wagyu appetizer. I recommend it. There is a parking space in the back that is small, but if you arrive early, you can park for free as long as you eat in the restaurant. Parking: It is hard to impossible if you arrive in the main meal, good luck? Nutrition restrictions: You ask for allergies and can put something
WHEN: Sun @12:30pmI went along Sawtelle hoping to find a café that I can sit and do some work. I saw a cute terrace seat with as a sign that reads: PATIO BAR OPEN FOR DRINKS: No food purchase required I thought PERFECT! And sat down. I was brought the beverage menu and recognized what they are for drinks their fine alcoholic options. Fortunately on the last page is the non-alcoholic options I got:ICED MATCHA $5Klar made with the powdered type and served over ice. Not sweet, but quite refreshing. I clarified with the waitress if it's okay that I'd just order tea and work a little, and if not, I could go. She said it was me and that she just wouldn't have a cup for my drink like a café. I said it was good. I hung out for about 1.5 hours and got the bill when I finished my drink. This terrace seating was so beautiful, I was such a great time for me. Unfortunately, this review does not reflect any of its amazing looking foods. One of these days I'm going to dinate here.
My wife and I recently celebrated our 1 year anniversary in the restaurant name. From the pictures and the price we had high expectations of the experience. Unfortunately, we were somewhat disappointed on arrival that the atmosphere was not exactly what we expected. But the staff went beyond and beyond to make our evening special by making a private corner and setting candles so that it feels like we were in our own little bubble. The service we received was exceptional and I give him a 5-star rating. The food unfortunately did not live the same standards. While the cooking menu was edible, it felt like it was chilled and not absolutely fresh. We feel that the quality of food is not with the level of service we receive. Overall, it was an unforgettable evening and we appreciate the efforts of the staff to make it special. Despite some of the food shortcomings, I would still recommend this restaurant for the excellent service and the unique culinary experience.
A quiet, sophisticated sushi restaurant if you are looking for an intimate and upscale culinary experience in Sawtelle. This is one of the last remaining top-end facilities in the neighborhood (Nanbankan is the other), which veers to traditional Japanese as a fusion kitchen. Pros: seasonal menu excellent quality of fish and food in general. Portions for chirashi and bowls were appropriate for the price. beautiful presentation of great service quiet, relaxed eating atmosphere Cons: expensive, especially the Grandmakase options. limited menu fellows complained that the nigiri options were too small for the price points and felt that we could buy additional items to round the meal
I'll be dreaming of this restaurant for daaays. Sure it's a bit pricey, and might not be the go-to sushi on regular days but if you're celebrating extra, then this is definitely worth the .Food was beautifully presented, and it tastes as good and as fresh as it looks. Again, proof that Sawtelle restaurants rarely disappoint
