Bidra med feedbackThis was by far the worst dining experience I have ever had. Rude staff, profiling not only I but my guest due to our age. Lacked in customer service, fast food level service to be exact. Food was prepared very slowly and poorly. 1 hour from sit down to food; and only 1 server interaction. Do not recommend to my enemy, take business elsewhere.
We love this hotel/restaurant we have been dining here since it opened. It has changed tremendously over the years. Supported the restaurant trough covid and was extremely disappointed with the food then and now. The only thing that doesn't change is the prices keep going up. Which we completely understand. BUT the quality of food should stay the same. Also the little perks which made the restaurant so charming have been done away with the bellini when you arrive and the fluffy puff fresh baked bread a nice surprise. It doesn't seem to as special a place to dine anymore. The food honestly isn't up to the quality we have been used to there. I sadly will say we will not be dining there anymore. Last night very disappointing. The service was amazing. I will remember the good memories its too bad it didn't keep its glamour.
Our server was rude, unfriendly and refused to provide a kids menu or list any kid friendly items they can make for my 9 year old daughter. He disappeared half way through the dinner and was no where to be seen. As a result no one checked on our liking of the food the steak was dry and over cooked), pasta was too salty. No one offered us desert menu at the end. The lights at the “library” area were on and off for the entire hour we spent there that was extremely annoying and in spite of me asking them to fix it no one did and no one apologized. On the way out it was shocking to discover they allow cigarette and cigar smoking right next to entrance. Not in a dedicated smoking zone but pretty much anywhere near the front doors and the unhealthy smell lingers all over the lobby. It seems they don’t gather to local but rather to arrogant clients from abroad who smoke next to small kids without a wink. We will never be back. The food was bad, the service was bad, we had to dine with blinking lights… no more comments. Cipriani’s New York locations so much better put together and the food is always top notch. Don’t expect it here, in LA location.
Appart from having to go ask for service after having been seating for 20mns everything went well after that. Waiter was nice and present. Food was excellent as usual Ambiance was chilled with a Super Bowl buzz in the air. Good time.
Went here for New Year’s Eve and it was a set menu of $195/person. The service started out good but quickly tapered off. Drinks were consistently late to the table and they never seemed to listen to instructions on our request for how they be made. The sea bass was over cooked and the manager came over and simply said “sorry” but didn’t offer to make it right. We had to ask for our dessert after nobody came back to our table for 20 minutes. All in all we spent $300 per person and it was the biggest waste of money. Do not recommend.
