Food was great Must orders: Yuzu Tagliatelle was our favorite! Has a buttery crab flavor Lamb Ribs also incredible literally melted off the bones Creste di Gallo the duck in here was some of the best I’ve had but the rest of the dish is so so. Still worth getting tho Roasted Maitake Mushrooms great sauce with these Good but would try something else: Dry aged yellowtail beautiful presentation but flavor is a bit bland Akami Tuna tuna quality is great the burrata tuna mix was just a weird one for us Wagyu Carpaccio good but not a ton of flavor would pass

The food was excellent except for the fried calamari and fish which is a pretty good track record. The tomato basil pasta was excellent as was the chicken entree. We’ll definitely be coming back here frequently.

Magari was excellent. Very special evening for a birthday celebration. Even a birthday card! Nice unique touch!

We ordered the Akami Tuna, Gnocchi Pesto Genovese, Yuzu Tagliatelle, and Squid Ink Bucatini. All of these dishes were incredible (especially the tuna and the gnocchi) except for the squid ink bucatini which we sent back. We ordered the Akami tuna twice because we liked it so much. Our server was amazing and incredibly sweet and took the bucatini off the check for us. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a trendy date night place, or if you're a fan of Japanese and Italian food. Parking is easy, there's a garage behind the restaurant and the restaurant validates for you. Note: The serving sizes are small so they tell you to order 4-5 dishes each. My partner and I ordered 5 and shared them and we were full by the end. I didn't know that before I booked and I thought $30 for a pasta dish would be reasonable, but the bill came out to over $100. It was worth it for the quality, but just keep that in mind before you book.

Our Carolyne server made a big difference. It was not only helpful, it was lovely. The food is innovative and delicious.
