LA Prime has the best tea lattes I’ve ever tried. My favorite is the Thai Tea latte with oat milk. You can’t miss the spicy chicken sandwich which is grilled chicken, cheese, spicy mayo, jalapeños and you can add avocado. Try this amazing to go spot, you won’t regret it.Food: 5/5

I've been here dozen times, and it never disappoints. The staff is genuinely friendly, and the quality of their offerings remains consistently great. If you're looking for a reliable place with great food and nice people, this is it.Food: 5/5

This used to be my favourite breakfast spot in my neighborhood. And while the food is still GREAT, they no longer do dine-in ever since opening their 2nd location. Not sure why. Initially it was bc of construction in the building but construction is long over and they still dont do dine-in and when I ask, it doesnt sound like it's coming back which is sad bc breakfast is the only meal that I like going somewhere to eat vs getting take out.That being said, their waffles are so good esp loaded with fruit. Breakfast burritos are fantastic too. Prices arent very expensive either.

The guys that run place are so hospitable friendly. the food was great and the price point was definitely there. We loved the food the service and will definitely be back. There is fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh coffee, and a great option of food. There's vegan vegetarian options as well.

Ordered breakfast burrito (added chicken sausage) and regular coffee. Burrito was ok. Coffee was good. Received food quickly. Street parking can be difficult. Took out a star for not being able to pay with Samsung Pay.Food: 4/5
