Kahuna Tiki Tu - Los Angeles

Great experience! Food and service and drinks were delicious! We came on the early side for a Saturday night so the place was pretty quiet.

Overall, great Tiki décor! Service was 10/10! No giant screen TVs with sports, so that was good. Food was good, drinks were good. Will be back! Love the place...

We’ve been to the Magnolia location several times but this was our first time at this newer location. All the drinks were great, the scallop skewer was amazing, the sushi and sushi rolls were creative and tasty and with great presentation. The service was friendly and quick and the decor is so fun. My one note/suggestion would be to play more on theme background music. When we were there it was just popular classic rock satellite radio, which in itself is not “bad” but some fun mid century exotica like Les Baxter and Martin Denny would really cap off the whole experience and enhance the immersive feel that’s already being carried by the decor and menu. They were also very good at accommodating our toddler and prepared an off menu big bowl of really good fresh cut fruit for him that he devoured.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the tiki drinks and food here. It brings back memories of the classic Tiki-Bar vibe at The Bahooka, but this place has a modern twist with sushi! I absolutely love it! It was bustling on a Thursday night. You should definitely check this place out!
