THE WORST CARL"S JR. ON EARTH !!!!!!!! THIS PANORAMA CITY location by Roscoe/Van Nuys Blvd. has he most rude, unfriendly, disrespectful staff on earth who does not care about the customers....they give out bad attitude bad energy that they couldn'tcare less about the buying public.....I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION I WILL TELL 10 OF MY FRIENDS 10 OF MY FAMILYTO NEVER COME HERE DO THE SAME .....AND SCATTER SPREAD THE BAD WORD AGAINT THiS CARL'S JR LOCATION.....That is HOW BAD THEEXPERIENCE I had here. I Pray o God they loose money fast and be a very unprofitable business this location is anembarrassment to the Carl's Jr. name ????????!!!!!!!!

They had my super star on sale $6 combo but the meat was dry no flavor this is my number 1 I always order so I know what it supposed to taste like from other Carl's Jr disappointed ????????

The food was served hot, but I shouldn't be eating meat; it's a struggle, and I come here to treat myself. I ordered the 1 lb burger, but I could have sworn they served me the Famous Star instead, which is supposed to come in a box. For over $15, I don't appreciate being misled. I want my meal to be worth the trouble it causes my stomach and the hit to my wallet. I'm not fully committed to being vegan yet!

This place is really disappointing! I wouldn’t recommend going inside. The bathrooms are out of order, and you can’t refill your own soda. If you have to go, stick to the drive-thru. Just so you know, the drive-thru window is on the passenger side, which is pretty inconvenient.

The portion was small for a high price. I ordered the medium jalapeño combo for $16.09, and honestly, it felt more like a snack than a meal. Not just at this place, but at many others too—it just makes me want to cook at home! I mostly filled up on the drink instead, lol.
