Had to pull up to the window because employee was unaware of the coupon specials. It really is an inconvenience to inform employees of the mailer specials. Especially with gas prices going up, eating at your location is a luxury, Seriously carls jr. You have to do a better job at informing your employees. Customer service was amazing! I can't complain about that, he went above and beyond

I had to repeat My order while I was paying and they were not paying attention and the are lazy and not giving my family at least one ketchup

Rude service. I walked in at 9:50 ready to order some food use the bathroom because I just had left 6flags. before I even opened my mouth a boy yelled at me the bathrooms are closed I hadn't even said a word yet!!!!!! I used to work for Carls Jr when I was younger I would always help someone even if it was close to closing times. You have to honor the hours posted!! They handled this very poorly.
