Ameci Pizza Kitchen - Los Angeles

Absolutely the worst pizza place ever. The level of incompetence here is astounding. Last night, they delivered my pizza to an address I haven't lived at in over four years, even though my correct address was clearly listed in the Slices app where I placed the order. To make matters worse, the store manager had a heated argument with the app representative when I mentioned that I hadn’t received my pizza. I spent nearly an hour with Slices just to get a refund. The lack of attention to detail and customer service is appalling. I would recommend ordering from ANYWHERE else.

The pizza here is always incredible! The dough is fresh, the cheese tastes authentic, and the toppings are perfectly balanced—neither too few nor too many. This is my favorite pizza spot in Los Angeles!

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant two nights in a row. They got my order wrong both times and overcharged me. When I called to address the issue, the person on the phone didn’t take responsibility for my incorrect pizza and said it wasn’t his fault that my salad dressing had leaked everywhere. I even spoke to the owner, but they didn’t offer any compensation for the trouble. Unfortunately, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere after 20 years of patronage.
