Yala's Pizza And Eliseo's Pizza

We ordered a large cheese pizza for pick up tonight. When we arrived at the window to pick it up, the girl at the counter asked if we ordered a pepperoni pizza. My fiancée corrected her and said we ordered a cheese pizza. She apologized and went to get our order. When she returned, we paid and received our pizza. However, upon checking the box, we realized they had simply removed the pepperoni from the pizza and given it back to us. We informed the girl at the counter that we couldn't accept the pizza as I am a vegetarian and there were still traces of pepperoni on it. The laziness and lack of customer service we experienced was disappointing and we will not be returning to this restaurant.

I think changing the name was a brilliant idea. It's terrible and disrespectful to completely change the iconic pizza at this place. Yalas was legendary and it's a shame to try to erase the amazing legacy they built. It seems pretty foolish to change the name to Fran's Pizza, just to stroke your own ego. I honestly can't think of a dumber move for a pizza shop. Everyone was upset about the name change from Yalas. I will never order their pizza again. Rest in peace Eliseo. It's a shame that his family has ruined everything they worked so hard to create.

I hate to say that, but yalas pizzeria loses his contact with the customer service. the workers are young, rude, unfortunately the pizza was cold. could stay on the south side, they go to the next time to giovanni.

Excellent pizza, but they need more help like all restaurants right now. They really are doing the best they can so have patience when going there ?

The pizza was burnt, the cheese sticks were cold. I would think an area were the was an Italian present you would have better food. You overload the vegetables and skip on the meat. When I come back I'll eat sand before your pizza. I see a lot of 4 plus stars you must have your employees and families posting reviews.
