I visit Longview about five or six times per month. I have been in this subway three or four times and every single time it has been very extremely slow. There is no sense of urgency at all. They do not even make eye contact or say they will be with you as quickly as they can. My visit was during lunchtime, there were seven people in front of me, only two people working, and my visit took 18 minutes from the time I got in line to the time I paid. This is totally unacceptable and should be totally unacceptable to the owner.
Placed a order online told me it would be ready in 20 minutes, get to the store and they tell me they haven’t even started my order and that she was the only one working. Horrible service. Do better
I walked in at 8:30 and all the sudden they were closed when I wanted a sandwich but the lady had no problem making a sandwich for the guy ahead of me.
Everytime you order online using app food is never ready!!!! You have to wait an additional 35 mins!!!! Then the workers don't have common knowledge to read receipt to fix sandwich correctly!!! Oh and then have the AUDACITY to be mad!!!
