You always get what you ordered at a very timely manner perfect

First time using my Chic Fil A app. We ordered frosted lemonade, chocolate shake, ice cream cone. The cone was stale, the frosted lemonade was delicious. Manager went right on prepared my order, he had a great attitude provided excellent customer service

Good service, mini chicken biscuit bites are excellent. Thought I also would give their breakfast sausage burrito a try. The sausage was not that great.

This chic fi le is like a double-edged sword, the heavy drastic difference is so different that I cannot even understand it. I will start with the positive and then the negative. On top, this is the best chic food up to how good the food is. Simply excellent on each menu item. Now at the complete opposite end of the spectrum it is the WORST SERVICE. HANDS DOWN EVER. I was the only man in the LINE. I have my OR and TVEN STEPPEN to PATIENTLY WAIT for MY FOOD, the IT WOULD BR ONLY A FEW MINUTES at the MOST, BY THE RIME I GOT MY FOOD I HAD NOTICED, I HAD AGED BY 3 YEARs, I WAS 46, WHEN I ORDERED MY FOOD, I WAS 50
