Texas Roadhouse - Longmont

Everything was delish, our drinks were good. All in all we love texas roadhouse.

It has changed since the last time I was here the wait time is still a long time for the food but it's a lot less around 30 minutes other than that the food has gotten better

Green beans were too smokey and had artificial flavor. All else was awesome

The food was good for the price! Service was ok. She forgot about the complementary bread and butter. We ordered the sampler, so it wasn't that big of a deal. Was my girlfriend's first time, so wasn't the best experience for her. Her wine seemed like it had been opened for a while, or it was corked.

Longmont has only a few options for eating and this place can be quite busy. id recommend the call online. service is usually quite good and the food can be, but later I have to send my steaks back to quite every visit because they are overcooked. I ask for med rare, they come med or bad. if it is a thing to improve, it would be lacking a sense of cuisine for the temps on steaks. I think it's good eating overall and in the regular big service, just be willing to send her steak back if they don't like chewing on leather shoes.
