Fabulous Sunday lunch So good we have booked again and invited a group of friends to see how fab it is

Took the family who isn’t from the area here for a Sunday lunch. Starters were inventive and Devine. Our table ordered a mix of chicken, beef and pork Sunday lunches all were exceptional, the pork (which I didn’t order) was delicious and I’ll definitely be ordering that next time. The apple crumble was so tasty and a perfect way to finish off a delicious Sunday lunch. The servers were attentive and friendly, also perfect timings which is something a lot of places get wrong- starters came out after we had all the first glass of wine. The roasts came out about 20-30 mins later and then after we had ordered desserts it was another 15/20 mins. So perfectly balanced timings to have a nice relaxing Sunday lunch. It’s not the cheapest around, but if it’s an occasion or you need a guaranteed good meal then The Black Lion is the place to book.
