Bidra med feedbackNice little Thai restaurant in a storefront. Extensive selection. Many pictures of courts hang on the wall. Food tasted pretty good. The only fall was the cheap plastic cutlery they gave, which was too small and flexible for hot foods. At least if you eat to stay, how about real metal cutlery?
Delicious. Normally, if I am in the mood for some Thai food, I would just go to Spice/TukTuk, but I was closer to Gawgai, so I decided to give them an attempt. Not disappointed. Very large part, it received REALLY quickly after placing the order with the young lady in the register. She was a doll, and easliy a reason I'll be back next to the amazing food.
Eat, good taste. The restaurant helps your self to take away the tray and the garbage from us.
I especially like the Basil Fried Rice with chicken. I also enjoyed the vegetable pad Thai. There are also many other good dishes. It is a very small place, so come before noon if you want to sit for lunch in the week.
We came in on a Thursday evening after dropping the kids off at music and art lessons. The service was quick and the waitress helped with a recommendation (we were trying to decide between two seafood dishes). Appetizers came out quickly. We had curry puffs and duck salad. Both were really good. (Curry puffs are a particular favorite of ours and our local place never has them). We had a curry chicken dish and the seafood special that the waitress recommend both of which were excellent. ... And above all it was relatively inexpensive. Will definitely be coming here again.
