Waba Grill - Long Beach

Good food after hitting the gym. The steak and Tofu are something I wouldn?t get but everything else is great. Fast service even when it?s busy

We had dinner at Waba tonight before a movie and I ordered a salad bowl I should double checked she had heard me right when she asked if I wanted vegetables, I should have caught on the order didn?t seem right. We got our order and I notified there wasrice and no salad I didn?t want to complain but I was starving after working all day without lunch the girl at the counter Ididn?t catch her name was so sweet she gave me the side salad and I definitely inhaled the salad and just transferred the steak???????? my son didn?t let the rice go to waste either. It was about 7pm and I just want to thank her for her quick fix andsmile while at it,I?m sure it?s a busy spot and y?all are appreciated thank you !

The prices here are great for the area. We ordered the family meal that includes rice, chicken, and vegetables for $22.99 plus tax, and the portion was huge—it was meant for four people, but I believe it could easily feed at least six. The staff were friendly, and the location is very convenient, right next to the beach and a shopping center. The only downside was a strange smell in the lower part of the restaurant, but everything else was excellent.

I truly hope a WaBa Grill opens in New York City! I absolutely loved the food and the generous portion sizes. The prices are very reasonable too. I would really appreciate having one close by. I visited California recently and enjoyed it so much!

Quick service, delicious food, reasonable prices—can't find anything to fault!
