Great customer service from Diane and Clifford. Very friendly and took care of me and my large group. The muffin tops were amazing

If I could give negative stars I would. The service was awful, the employees were rude, barely spoke loud enough to hear anything. The one making our order entirely refused to acknowledge anything that was said to him so he passive aggressivelyslammed our items on the counter one at a time making us repeat the order. Clearly they're having issues inside the work placebut that is not how you treat your customers. Lastly I finally drink my latte at work only to find it is past dated oatmilk, thecoffee was burnt or possibly just old. I'm so disgusted by this whole experience.

I absolutely love this place! The coffee and doughnuts are fantastic and the atmosphere is very friendly. However, I recommend skipping the breakfast sandwich here. Instead, check out the counter to your right inside the same store, where they offer the best breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burritos, and regular breakfast meals to go. They use Boar's Head deli meats, so you can also grab some amazing subs after breakfast. This spot is definitely worth a quick stop if you're on Route 93 in New Hampshire!

I expected this location to offer tastier donuts than Heavenly Donuts, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Other locations seem to have better flavors. That said, it’s still a decent alternative to Dunkin' Donuts, I suppose.

The service was slow, and it seemed like the employee was not entirely focused at 6:15 in the morning. However, I did receive my order as requested.
