Palasad South - London

We came Sunday, Sept 10th with our son and his friend. The young man at the laser tag was less than thrilled with the guests (a.k.a. children). The other young man handling the ticket redemption was just as warm . These employees either hate their job or just hate kids. When you 're in a job where the guest experience is important and you want them to come back, these employees failed miserably. I also work in a company where guest experience is very important and these employees wouldn 't last a week. Our server in the restaurant was very nice and we were greeted wonderfully at the front desk. Past those points, the experience was horrible.

So much to do, so much fun to be had. Went for the first time for my nieces birthday and had an amazing time. Great for all ages!! Special thank you to our server Taylor for making it all so special

My mother and I have recently come here weekly for the past few weeks to eat and bowl, and I can say with confidence that this place is pretty good.Food's real good, the aesthetics of the place are really nice (though fair warning that it CAN get a bit loud, but that's to be expected imo , and the staff are all really friendly. (I unfortunately don't have all the names for those who've hosted for us, but I can at least shout out tonight's host, Lauren; y'all have been amazing! Would definitely recommend going here if you've got a big group of friends to go with, since there's a LOT to do that I haven't managed to try yet, and you'd DEFINITELY get your money's worth. (Still need to try their arcade and pool sometime... But yeah, overall just a great place to unwind if you've got the time, and are in the area!(Also, as an aside, PLEASE make the taco pizza a regular item! We had it tonight, and it was so good.

Sent the kids bowling while my wife and I had drinks and ordered the food. Great if you have kids and need to get out and do something. The laser tag area is quite large and very fun. The pizza is pricy for what you get unless you go on the half off days, but all the food on the menu is good quality.

Had a family get together with my daughter and two grandsons from Calgary at Palasad South. They had a great time at the restaurant and the arcade. The food was excellent and the service was excellent. Our server, Sean, was outstanding, catering to many of our requests with a big smile.
