McDonald's - London

I love this place for coffee and snacks. I try to avoid fast food and hence, coffee and muffin combo suits me.

I've been disappointed by this McDonalds one too many times now. I'm DONE with second chances. I don't care if the other McDonalds is slightly further away. Super disorganized kitchen, ridiculously long waits for simple orders. It seems I'm not alone in this looking at the other reviews, kinda sad that some of them go back as far as 2015. My wife used to order the salad and they'd ALWAYS forget something, either the fork, or the croutons, or sometimes even the damn dressing. Mmm yummy a cardboard bowl of dry leafs.I stopped using the restaurant as it's dirty, full of meth heads nodding off, pimps, hookers, homeless, and all other kinds of nasty characters. They renovated it recently but it isn't much better since they still get the same weirdos. So when I finally got myself a car I started only going through the drive thru instead. **** this has to be one of the slowest in Canada or at the very least the slowest in London. Be prepared to wait 10 or more minutes regardless of what you order or what time of day it is or how busy it is. They aren't consistent at all with the care they take to prepare the food, so sometimes you'll get hot edible food, and other times you'll get home to find you've got hard cold fries, cold burger, and warm drink. It also seems like they're double-frying the fries, because sometimes they're hard and greasy like they've been overcooked, but not burned like they would be if they were in the oil for one continuous period.Oh, and they never give you the receipt either, so you can't fill out the survey to tell McDonalds how bad this place is. I honestly think they do this on purpose.Do yourself a favour, go a bit further down Oxford to the McDonalds at the corner of Oxford and Wonderland. Much better service and food.

Title says all.... 20 minute wait on a 10pc nugget combo with 5 cars lining up breakfast is either soggy or over cooked like plastic fries are always soggy double double coffee taste like a triple triple lack of customer service

This may be the original / first location in London, but it's also the slowest - and - accuracy is very low too. Always forgetting something in drive thru orders.

Stopped for a quick McDonald's breakfast before shopping. Overall McD's breakfasts are ok. This location however is an exception. The breakfasts were terrible - hash browns oozed fryer oil, burritos and egg McMuffins tasted like cleaning product, McGriddle was soggy, greasy and barely warm. After we were seated (time was about 9:15 a.m.) and had a look around the seating area we realized we may have picked a bad McDonalds. The place was not overly busy. There were French fries on the floor - considering fries are not served at breakfast it was a bad sign of the cleaning of the place - floors were very dirty. The tables were dirty and sticky. In the men's washroom fixtures were filthy. We left most of our food as we simply could not eat it - appetites were gone. Avoid this location! We will never stop again!
