Domino's Pizza - London

Jujhar took my order. As soon as I came in I felt rushed he was also telling a customer on the phone that his order was almost there but I saw him leave 15 mins after the fact. I had ordered a BBQ chicken pizza and didn?t know all the toppings nor was Itold I thought it was a normal chicken pizza but it had bacon on there when I asked they said that it was normal I?m not allowedto eat bacon and I do get hives when I eat them he was on the phone and taking my order at the same time and maybe wasn?t payingattention and didn?t really take time to take my order he is the manager I don?t know how. He also didn?t give me the rightreceipt that showed what I had paid and what would be my changed I paid cash) he also said that?s just how his systemprocesses the payments ??? Horrible do not come here

Great pizza, quick, friendly. I would go 5 stars but I myself don't get my chicken here so can't judge it. But Domino's pizza is way better than that guy wearing the toga.

I arrived at 12:20 AM, but the restaurant was not open yet, even though the sign was on. Not only did they refuse to let me in, but they also ignored my knocking at the door. The customer service was quite disappointing, and I believe the managers are responsible for not adequately training their staff for such situations. I don't blame the employees, as it seems they simply didn’t know how to handle it.

I ordered a large pizza on Sunday evening, and it’s the second time I’ve been disappointed with this store. I'm not sure if it's just this location or if it's a problem with Domino's as a whole, but I've decided not to order from them anymore. I opted for two meat toppings and two vegetable toppings, but the amount of meat was very lacking. Some slices didn't even have any meat on them at all.

The staff at this restaurant could benefit from some retraining. When I called to place an order, the person who answered the phone claimed that our address was outside their delivery area, despite the fact that we've ordered from them many times before. Because he wouldn’t listen, we had to order online, and being late at night, we didn't have any other options. Ironically, after we placed our online order, we discovered that the York Street location does deliver to our area, which is less than five minutes away. It's unbelievable how rude and unhelpful that employee was; it seemed like he just didn't want to work that night.
