Byron Pizza - London

The service at Byron Pizza is always friendly and the pies are always good. I have been enjoying their pizzas for over 20 years. However, during my last visit, there was a mistake with my order. Despite this, the staff was very apologetic and sincere. They went above and beyond to make it right by giving me gift certificates equal to the value of the order, offering to deliver the order (even though it was a pickup), and not charging me for the food. Their conduct was truly five-star worthy.

We had heard great things about the quality of Byron Pizza, so we were excited to try it on our way to Boler. We decided to try something different and ordered the Canadian pizza with extra pepperoni on thin crust. The pizza had quality ingredients and was piping hot, but it was a bit greasy due to the abundance of toppings. The service was just ok, but they were well staffed. We found that some of the toppings ended up falling off the pizza, likely because of how many were piled on. Overall, we were a bit disappointed with this specialty pizza, but decided to give Byron Pizza another chance by ordering our usual pepperoni and cheese pizza. The slices were great and the pizza sauce was delicious. The dough was dense but tasty. Despite the mixed experience, we believe Byron Pizza could be the best in the area and worth checking out if you are in West London.

Overall pizza is great! Can be a little on the pricier side but you do get a good quality pizza. We had the Canadian and wings. Wings are also good but only come breaded.

Tried this pizza place the other day because I saw pickle pizza on their menu and I knew it was a must try. Their pickle pizza and dill pickle fries are delicious!! The pizza is so soft and the crust is so good. Will definitely be returning.

We've been going to Byron Pizza for over 25 years and, we love it every time we get it. I highly recommend this place.
