The Abbey - London

First time to have lunch at the Abbey, very disappointed. The Ruben was the worst I have ever gotten and my husbands hamburger was raw inside. Did not leave us wanting to come back. And the fried green tomatoes were cut so thin there was no tomato taste just a bland coating taste. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 2

If you can find parking it's a great place to eat. Can't blame them for the parking situation though. Food and service were awesome. Service: 5 Location: 4

The food was really good. The service was very slow, and the item I ordered said very clearly on the menu that it came with 2 sides. I had to ask about it several times, and was told that the manager said it only came with one side. I requested the menu again, and it clearly said 2. Finally after the meal was essentially done she brought out my side salad. The receipt we got was not itemized, and I’m pretty sure they ended up charging extra for the second side. At that point it wasn’t worth bringing up and waiting another 20 minutes, so I just paid and left. First time in my life I left no tipthe service was just that bad. Shame too, because the food was really good and I’m sure we would have gone back. Rooms: 4 Service: 1 Location: 4
