Preto Victoria - London

This past Saturday, my friends and I went to this restaurant. The meat service was very good, but one of the waitresses had a poor attitude. When we asked for a drink, she rudely told us she was too busy. Her service continued to be terrible throughout the meal, and she answered us in a disrespectful manner multiple times. I do not recommend this place. The food may be enjoyable, but the poor attitude of the waitress ruins the experience. You can see the waitress with the terrible attitude in the photo.

This restaurant used to be amazing until 2016, but has since experienced a significant decline. My family stopped going due to the poor quality of food (cheap cuts of meat) and bad service. Despite their warning, I continued to visit until yesterday. When we arrived, we felt unwelcome and were met with cold and rude treatment from the female manager. The rest of the staff seemed indifferent and lacking the friendly atmosphere that used to be present. I will not be returning to this restaurant and will instead explore other Brazilian steakhouses in London.

I went to this restaurant with a group of friends after work. We received a friendly welcome from the staff. The food options were good, and the meats, chicken, sausages, etc. that were brought to our table were delicious. The atmosphere in the restaurant was lovely, and the prices were fair. The service was quick, and we were not hurried at all. We all had a great meal and will definitely come back again.

Lovely night out, the food was great, the guys bringing the meat around were friendly, and we had a great time.

Meat was a bit well done for me. Went on Wednesday as a 2 For 1 deal, but they put the service charge on before deducting the 2 for 1, which is not the norm. Would not go on a non deal day
