The food is amazing, really tasty! The service is very slow. They would need to hire more staff because you can stay there ages to order your food.

The food is excellent. The waiting time is only about ten minutes. The design/concept is brilliant. The employees are hit and miss. Sometimes great, sometimes bad. The separation of the bill is a plus.

The portions are very small for what you pay. Not the best value. Ramen was pretty average, nothing special.

Really good atmosphere. Food portions were decent which was good considering its a bit on the pricey side (starters being at £9). I wish the service was better, we had to keep asking if we could order and then waiting for the food bill took 40 minutes because the waiter kept forgetting to come back to us. Still enjoyed our experience though and hopefully come back.

I was asked about allergies as I sat down to eat I am wheat intolerant and hadn't realized both udon and Ramen noodles have wheat . I was offered noodle soups without the noodles which would have been fine but they said they'd still have to charge the full amount eg £14.90! Found a g/f salad on a set menu but they said they couldn't offer it on its own. Overall very disappointed the restaurant couldn't offer flexibility in their menu. Also the food and drinks took ages to come. The lovely staff were visibly stressed coping with so many customers. They need twice as many staff to nake this a good dining experience.
