Forward called to advise the garlic allergy and was not told a problem. When we arrived, he said that everything has garlic! the personal has done her best.

Arrived in the restaurant, waiting, courteous sitting, just to find that the table was offered to us the size of a game box in the corner shopfront. we asked for alternate seating opportunities and offered a cozy arch rub with another dining room pair. Off course we declined and went, and instead enjoyed a wonderful culinary experience in Zaika, which we would highly recommend if they randomly decide how we did it! I'm glad I couldn't spend my hard earned money in this restaurant.

My husband and myself were gifted a groupon voucher for our anniversary. On the voucher the only exclusion was Valentine’s Day 2019 and expires on 30/04/19. So with this in consideration we booked for 28th december and noted that we we will be using a Groupon Voucher. To our disappointment when we arrived at the restaurant, the manager turned us away saying that the offer isn’t valid until 2nd Jan 2019. He offered us a 30% discount if we ate that day but we refused and rebooked for Feb 2019. I’ve been to Mamounia Lounge a few times before and have never experienced such a mishap as this. It was very unfortunate that his approach and solution was so poor, I won’t be visiting again after we’ve used our voucher.
