The staff was very nice but my order was mistaken . Paid for additional item which wasn’t included in the meal .

It was a practical and very delicious experience. I would definitely choose again!

Chain restaurant so a bit soulless but pleasant service. the only plug points are in the windowless basement which is not very convenient. food is not unenjoyable.

I've loved Itsu a lot over the years especially their Thai Chicken Curry and Rice.I ate early afternoon. The food was warm but not pipping hot and the salt content was a bit too much. It may be just this store. Will definately eat more of it in the future.
