My new favourite restaurant went a few weeks ago with friends little Masha was a hit with your kind team back a few days ago with my fiancee as good as the last time super!!!!

Nice place generally but the Maitre D ' took my order for Norfolk Lobster Seafood Soup starter and when he saw it being placed in front of me then, with a smile, said ' 'you won 't find any lobster in that it 's a misprint on the menu ' . I thought he must be joking but regrettably not The 'seafood ' turned out to be very bland and rubbery squid rings and I left 75% of it in the bowl as completely uninteresting in food terms. at £9.50 service charge it 's a rip off and to be avoided it 's still on the menu!!

The 6 of us had a good experience, the restaurant has a convivial atmosphere and staff deliver a professional, friendly and prompt service.

Ive been to il convivio a few times for dinner. They have a set menu and also a la carte. The menu is varied and the food good whilst the restaurant itself is a nice environment. The house red wine is also very good too and very reasonable in price.

**** closed!!!!! Booked to go there last night. Trolled into London, had a quick drink then wandered round to find this place is closed, and looks as though it has been for many weeks!!!! Would it be so hard to put something on the website to that effect like most other places have? Instead they still show a menu, wine list and take bookings and send email confirmation of the booking. Given their lack of attention and consideration I wouldn’t ever eat there! Thanks for wasting our time you thoughtless muppets.
